Fees

The fee for a 50 minute session is $240. This covers consultation time, as well as preparation time and any follow-up that may be needed.

A referral is not needed to book a session. But it can be helpful to access the Medicare rebate of $145.25 to reduce your out-of-pocket costs. If you have reached your Medicare Safety Net the gap payment will often be significantly reduced. You can access this rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To be eligible, you will need to be referred by a GP or Psychiatrist who will complete a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP).

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate through your provider.  Please check with your health fund to see if you are covered.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the full fee will be applied unless the session time is taken by another client, in which case the fee will be waived. Medicare or insurance rebates do not apply for cancelled sessions. If two subsequent sessions are missed without 24 hours notice, this may result in termination of therapy services.
